Hello! I'm a foreign job seeker who just graduated from a Korean university and is starting to look for a job in earnest. I've been lurking on JOBPLOY, but I wanted to communicate with others, so I'm posting for the first time.

I've been looking at job postings and submitting applications lately, but I'm really worried about when to bring up visa sponsorship if I get an interview offer. Should I mention it right away during the first interview after passing the document screening? Or is it better to bring it up carefully when I'm close to the final offer?

There are many companies that have never hired foreigners, so I'm at a loss as to how to explain it to them. I would be very grateful if you could share any valuable experiences or tips from seniors! Good luck to everyone on getting a job!
